Happy Friday, Everyone!
We are almost there - just one week left in this school year! Praise God for His mercies, power, and strength that enabled us to endure until the end!

Spring Week of Prayer - SUCCESS!
THANK YOU to all who were praying along with us during our Week of Prayer last week. It was a phenomenal experience, and approximately 7 students either asked to be baptized or asked to be re-baptized! God is moving throughout our student body, which also means that the enemy is angry and will attack our children. Please continually lift up each family in your daily prayer life, as we the staff and board are covering each one of you in prayer. Despite any weapon that may be formed, we know that Jesus has already won the victory!
REMEMBER!! TOMORROW - SATURDAY, May 14: KSCS will be conducting the church program at the Carrollton SDA Church 2201 E Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75010
Please arrive at 10:30am so we can rehearse with their mics, etc.
Students will wear black and white! They looked so BEAUTIFUL last week, that we want to see them shine again!
Carrollton SDA Church will be providing lunch for all of us, so please plan to stay!
CHANGE IN CELL PHONE POLICY - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
DUE TO AN ISSUE THAT OCCURRED THIS WEEK, CELL PHONES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN YOUR STUDENT'S POSSESSION DURING SCHOOL HOURS (INCLUDING AFTER SCHOOL CARE). Students will be given a baggie to place their phones in and they will be locked away until the students are picked up. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We cannot accept a student's registration without 1/4 of the $525 registration fee ($131.25) being paid at the time of registration. There is a $50 discount if the entire registration fee is paid in one payment by July 15. We are continuing to allow registration fees to be paid in 4 monthly installments:
$131.25 at the time of registration
$131.25 by June 30
$131.25 by July 30.
$131.25 by August 10
WATER DAY - LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
As is our custom, our last day of school will be a water day! We're going to have water balloons, slip 'n' side, splash pools, and water hosing! Please make sure that your students come with clothes to get wet, water shoes, and a towel. As a reminder, bathing suits should be modest - no two-piece bikinis, please! If you'd like to donate to the festivities, please feel free to do so!
KINDERGARTEN & 8TH GRADE GRADUATION!
Friday, May 20th at 5:00pm is the big day for our kindergarten and 8th grade students - their graduation! It also marks a very special day for one of our 5th grade students, as she will also be getting baptized! Please mark this on your calendar and plan to come celebrate your students achieving this wonderful milestone and support our 5th grade student in deciding to follow Jesus!
SUMMER LEARNING - JUNE 20 - JULY 29 : We know that students suffer learning loss during the 3 months of summer break. To prevent learning loss, we will be offering a summer learning program for 6 weeks this summer at a very reasonable cost - only $40 per week per student. The summer program will be Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 12:00pm (1st-4th) and 1:00 - 4:00pm (5th-8th). Your student can attend 2, 3, or 5 days a week. We will also have on Tuesday & Thursday evenings:
Math in Music (1st-4th) from 5:00pm - 5:45pm
Math Fact Drills (2nd- 5th) from 4:15pm - 4:45pm
STEM/MATH Acceleration (5th-8th) from 6:00pm - 6:45pm
If your student is attending 2 to 3 days a week, or for just the evening session, the cost is only $20 per week!
